My cousin Kerri actualy won a salsa contest using this favorite recipe! She said I should change the name to include "Award Winning"
Ingredients
4 cans stewed Mexican recipe tomatoes
3 jalapeƱo peppers
3 Serrano peppers
1 large white onion
1 bunch cilantro
1/3 cup lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste
Directions
In blender, mix all ingredients. Add garlic salt to taste. If this is too hot, add more tomatoes. If it is too mild, add more peppers.
